I can’t recommend Jo enough, for as long as I can remember I have suffered from Emetophobia. I was so bad I couldn’t look after my children if they were sick or even go anywhere where people had been ill. I would panic and it took over my life, even if someone talked about sickness I would panic, as soon as the children came in I would bath them just in case they had germs on them and I would bleach everything. I had sessions with Jo, she was lovely, understanding and very professional. Now I can care for my children, I don’t panic so much and it doesn’t take over my life. Totally amazing, thank you Jo xxx
