As from 1st January 2024, my fees start at £65 per session, which usually lasts around an hour.

 

 

Most people notice a difference after a couple of sessions and after three or four sessions, this difference becomes significant and you may find that you are back on track.

 

Some acute or long term issues may take a little longer, depending on the problem and how you respond to the therapy.

 

Smoking cessation programme is £200 and involves 2 sessions, relatively close together. I also provide a recording for you to listen to, for support during those first few weeks.

 

If for any reason you should return to smoking within the first year, I will re-do the course free of charge.
